Is there a required rental period?

Yes. We require a six month rental term. Afterward you may continue renting month-to-month or cancel service.

Is it really just $60 per month?

Yes! No hidden fees. We do have add-on options available such as monthly inspections or a one time cleaning if desired.

What are your payment options?

We require all payments to be from a bank account, not just a card on file.

Do you offer rent-to-own?

Yes. We do offer rent-to-own sets with a 15 month rental period. All maintenence is included during this term.

What happens if my machine breaks down?

Contact NC Appliance Rentals immediately via phone for email. One of our skilled technicians will come out to your home within three days to run a diagnostic. If needed, we will replace the machine.

Do you pull my credit score?

No. We do not pull credit or report to credit bureaus. We understand times can get tough and want to provide a resource to you hassle-free.

What kind of washer & dryer will I get?

All of our washer and dryers are a best selection of gently used sets. Each set is inspected and cleaned before delivery. We offer brands of all kinds including Samsung, LG, GE, Maytag, Amana, and Roper.

When is first payment due?

First payment is due upon delivery and installation of your washer and dryer.
